Deborah Yanette
PRESIDENT
As director of our staff, Deborah brings over 25 years of experience in Medical Billing. She began at the front desk and has handled all non-clinical aspects of a medical practice. She has been responsible for the billing of many different specialties and multiple types of facilities over the years. Her experience at the front desk and in other roles helps her train our clients’ staff to always keep an eye on the necessary steps to assure prompt payment of services. She keeps abreast of all new coding edicts and requirements by participating in the various billing associations both online and at seminars. As it is not always possible for the entire staff to attend seminars together, she sees to it that all necessary data is returned to the office to be shared with the rest of the staff and when necessary, the clients office. She has supervised, managed, and run billing concerns generating over $25 million dollars per year. Her motto is “Go after the money!”Dawn Yanette

Dawn Yannette has been with ARC Medical Billing Services for 10 years. Dawn came to us from the position of surgical coordinator. As a surgical coordinator she knows the ins and outs of correct coding necessary for reimbursement. She understands the surgical practice needs for insurance certification/authorization. This requires recognizing medical necessity. Any appeals questions are Dawn’s special area of expertise.
